Rooms are nice and i have privacy and it isn't noisy so it's all good
Every day after breakfast anything not used is put back in ice box til next morning. Repeated til it's gone. Milk is poured back in to jug as well as juice. I was employed at this place. Stay away from the free breakfast. It's all reused till gone.
This place is an absolute sh*thole.. the a/c blows out of about 1/8 of the vents it stays hot, the breakfast is barley food, the lights in the hotel are NEVER on, the remote doesn't even work, the bathrooms are disgusting, and the absolute worse part is the cleaning lady's we have asked multiple times over the week we were here and they lied over and over saying they changed them " I marked the sheets" this is a picture of re day I left and there is the mark still there. Nor do they vacuum or even wipe down the bathroom
Decent price. Main issue is was the mildew smell due to the AC not being on. Also no hdmi on the tvs. I use my firestick to watch Netflix and HBO so I was stuck watching boring shows... it's good for a day or two but not much more
Horrible customer service ! I drove from out of town had a reservation and was not given a room because of my small dog they advertise pet friendly but they are not! The front seat clerk was absolutely rude and didn’t care that I drove from out of town he absolutely refused to honor my reservation!
